After Reah's brush with death, she is understandably distrustful of most of her mates. Striking out on her own, she is determined to investigate a rash of child disappearances across the universes, in and outside the Alliances. The evil she discovers in the course of her investigations could bring all worlds to their knees if Reah doesn't find a way to destroy it.
Demon's Quest is about Reah trying to help some missing children. She doesn't really trust her mates any longer, and things haven't been so good with her recently. She's going to do everything she can to help rescue these kids no matter what anyone says.
This book was another good one, and another great addition to this series. However, I felt bad for Reah during all of this. It's horrible that this is going on.
