Title: Vampire's Kiss
Series: Legion of Angels #1
Author: Ella Summers

Once you sip the Nectar of the gods, there’s no going back.

Leda Pierce is working as a paranormal bounty hunter on the Frontier, the dividing line between human civilization and the plains of monsters. Life is simple and the pay modest, but at least she has her family. That is, until a vampire hunt goes wrong and her brother goes missing, captured by the dark angels of hell.

With no magical powers of her own and no way to find him, Leda’s only option is to go to New York and join the Legion of Angels, an elite unit of supernatural soldiers with powers gifted to them by the gods themselves. If she can survive long enough to make it up the ranks, she will gain the magic she needs to find her brother.

But Leda soon finds herself on the wrong side of a conspiracy that will shake up the supernatural world—and at the mercy of a fiercely powerful and tempting angel.

Vampire’s Kiss is the first book in the Legion of Angels series.

Leda is a bounty hunter, and her brother has just gone missing. Now, she must do whatever she can in order to save him. Even if that means joining the angels. However, once she attempts to get signed on things start to look a little strange to her. Everything is not as it seems, and it feels like someone is pulling her strings.

Leda isn't going to let that stop her though, and she's even more determined to get her brother back no matter what.

This book blew me away with awesome it was. I was not expecting that and it turned out to be a very awesome book, and a great start to this series.

I loved the plot line, and how I was very surprised with all of the twists and turns. And I also very much enjoyed the heroine. She was strong, but also loved her family a whole heck of a lot.

I can't wait to read more in this series now.
