Title: Fire Touched
Series: Mercy Thompson #9
Author: Patricia Briggs
Rating:

Tensions between the fae and humans are coming to a head. And when coyote shapeshifter Mercy and her Alpha werewolf mate, Adam, are called upon to stop a rampaging troll, they find themselves with something that could be used to make the fae back down and forestall out-and-out war: a human child stolen long ago by the fae.

Defying the most powerful werewolf in the country, the humans, and the fae, Mercy, Adam, and their pack choose to protect the boy no matter what the cost. But who will protect them from a boy who is fire touched?

Fire Touched begins when Mercy and Adam must help out the humans when a troll is let loose. Little did these two know this would start a chain of events that leads them to a conflict with the fae. But more may be going on then Mercy originally thought.

These two must work together in order to protect those they love, and make sure everything works out in the end.

This book was really good. It had a lot of Adam and Mercy time which was awesome. But we also got to see how affected Adam was about what happened in the previous book, and we also saw some major shit hit the fan in this one. It was crazy what happened.

You will just have to read it to find out. But this one was very good. It had lots of drama, action, and some humor as well!
