 Excerpt

Something inside of me that I’d nurtured for years refused to allow me to lie on the ground and tremble in fear. No matter what life threw at me, I wasn’t one to cower from a challenge.
I pushed myself up onto my knees and then I stood up. The smell of fresh rain surrounded me as I struggled to hear any sounds. Slowly I turned to see the wolf watching me with its amber eyes.

ARC

Alpha begins when Scarlett goes to a new school for her senior year. She's fiercely independent and is looking forward to finally going to public school. But when she gets there and is greeted by some strange guys things start to get a little weird. As some secrets come out, Scarlett is forced into a world she didn't know existed and she's not sure how to handle it all. And then the one guy she can't stand is also the one she can't seem to stay away from. It will take a whole group of people to help Scarlett in her troubles along the way.

This book was very enjoyable. I really liked Scarlett, and the way she handled everything. I also liked the hero too. He was pretty awesome! And I loved the whole plot line as well. Even when the hero did some crazy things to help protect Scarlett.
The only down side to the story was the beginning. It felt a little difficult to get into, but once I got passed that I really liked the book!

Meet Regan Ure

Regan discovered the joy of writing at the tender age of twelve. Her first two novels were teen fiction romance. She then got sidetracked into the world of computer programming and travelled extensively visiting twenty-seven countries.
A few years ago after her son’s birth she stayed home and took another trip into the world of writing. After writing nine stories on Wattpad, winning an award and becoming a featured writer the next step was to publish her stories.

Born in South Africa she lives in Johannesburg with her two children and husband, who is currently doing his masters.

If she isn’t writing her next novel you will find her reading soppy romance novels, shopping like an adrenaline junkie or watching too much television.
