Despite their rowdy hookups, Harlow and Finn don’t even like each other...which would explain why their marriage lasted only twelve hours. He needs to be in charge and takes whatever he wants. She lives by theWant-something-done? Do-it-yourself mantra. Maybe she’s too similar to the rugged fisherman—or just what he needs.
Dirty Rowdy Thing begins with Fin coming to town for a few weeks for some unknown business.. Harlow is starting to got through something pretty bad with her family, and she just needs a distraction.. So, these two come together hot, heavy, and dirty. But when they each start feeling more for each other they decide to put the breaks on. Until each of them realize it is much too late for that. Now, they must figure out who to make it work, and Fin must figure out what to do with his business before all hell breaks loose.
This book was very very good. I actually enjoyed it a whole lot better then the first one, which is surprising. I loved Harlow. She was an extremely open, for the most part, and honest heroine. And I totally adored her and Fin together. They are a perfect couple. And the whole story kept me crying, and almost in tears a few times as well. Now, I very much look forward to the next one!
