Welcome everyone to Movie Monday!

This is a meme we have created to share our recently watched movies/t.v. shows with each other.

You can do it any way you like, and you don't have to have any kind of review or anything just share some information about it.

Comment, and add your link to the linky at the bottom of the post!

Have a good week, and enjoy your movies.

Title: Sorority Wars
Writer: M.A. Lovretta
Director: James Hayman
Cast: Katie Parker, Gwen, Sara Snow, and Beau
Stars: Lucy Hale, Amanda Schull, Phoebe Strole, and Rob Mayes

Katie (Lucy Hale) and Sara (Phoebe Strole) have been friends since childhood. They enter college together, where Katie is a prized legacy candidate for the Delta sorority, which was co-founded decades ago by her mother, Lutie (Courtney Thorne-Smith) and Summer (Faith Ford), whose own daughter Gwen (Amanda Schull) now leads the Deltas on campus. Events occur during pledge week to cause a rift between Katie and the Deltas, which leaves Sara as a Delta pledge and Katie out in the cold. Katie joins the rival Kappa sorority, and the rivalry splits not just Katie and Sara, but extends all the way into the Delta alumnae association led by Lutie and Summer.

Sorority Wars begins when Kaite and her best friend Sara start college, and join "rush" for the sororities on campus. Since Katie's mom went to the Delta sorority she thinks that is the sorority she is going to get into. But when she over hears the leader of Delta trash talking her friend Sara she decides this isn't what she wants at all. And in her attempt to get them out of there things go bad. Now Katie has to figure out how to make herself happy, keep her relationship with her mom, and find her true friends.

This story was really funny at times, and it was sweet. However, when I started watching it I thought it was a completely different movie. I had this whole part pictured in my head that it ends with and this movie ended totally different than what I was expecting. :) Oh well it was still enjoyable. I liked the plot line for the most part, and the characters but at times felt there was something missing in the movie. I guess I got frustrated with a lot of things in it especially Katie's mother. She made me want to slap her. Other than that it was a fun movie to watch.
