Title: Taming The Wolf
Series: Anna Avery, #1
Author: Stephanie Nelson
Rating: 3 Shooting Stars

Attacked by a wolf while hiking in the mountains, Anna Avery's life just got a little hairier. Living in the Big Horn mountains in Wyoming, with a group of werewolves who are more animal than human, Anna must try to hold onto her human side. It's not easy when the alpha continues to persuade her into his bed, while another wolf is chomping at the bit to become her mate. To top it all off, dead bodies are showing up and it just so happens that Anna was the last to see them alive. She'll have to work to prove her innocence and taming the wolf who bites first and asks questions never.

Taming the Wolf is about Anna Avery being attacked by a werewolf, and now she's one of them. She's a neebie to her pack so she has to stay away from most humans, and she has to do lots of jobs for the pack. She is the lowest on the totem pole right now.

She also has this weird connection to the Alpha. After being in the pack for three months he starts to tell her he wants her. Things start to get a little crazy for Anna after that when lots of humans turn up dead by werewolf, and she's having dreams about killing them.

This book is good. It's not the best werewolf story but I did like it. I did get frustrated with stupid Eve. I really wish she wasn't in the picture, but I was glad for what happened in the end. I do want to read the next book in the series, and I can not wait for it.
